Kathy discovered her interest in art at the age of 10 through
the encouragement of one of her elementary school teachers.
This interest stayed with her throughout her life, but she got serious about it
once
she started to study oil painting with Jean McNeil Sargent a few years ago.
She works with oil and mixed media.
She lives with her family in Del Mar, CA.
Recently her work has been exhibited in the Solana Beach Library,
Encinitas Civic Center, Front Porch Gallery, and San
Diego St. Tropez Bistro & Gallery.
